Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating local makers, food, music, and community.

The Hearth to Homestead Night Market is a community-focused outdoor market that brings together local artisans, food vendors, and small businesses for a relaxed evening in the countryside. Set against the backdrop of a beautiful working farm in Luskville, this event offers visitors the opportunity to shop local, enjoy live entertainment, meet the farm animals, and spend a summer evening supporting local businesses.

The event is sponsored by Leystone Farms and Mountain View Farm and we are looking for passionate vendors who create unique, high-quality products and enjoy connecting with customers in a welcoming community atmosphere.

We welcome applications from: 

  • Handmade artisans
  • Artists and illustrators
  • Bakers and specialty food producers
  • Flower and plant vendors
  • Farm producers
  • Vintage and curated goods 
  • Other unique small businesses.

To provide shoppers with a diverse experience, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products.

What to Expect

The Night Market offers more than shopping—it’s an experience.

Visitors will enjoy:

  • Shopping from local artisans
  • Live music and an open mic
  • A flower bar
  • Farm animals
  • Food vendors
  • A bonfire (weather and fire regulations permitting)

Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests linger, explore, and support local businesses throughout the evening.

Vendor Information

Each vendor space includes:

  • One outdoor vendor space
  • Room for a 10′ x 10′ tent
  • Parking nearby
  • Event promotion through our website and social media

Vendors are responsible for bringing:

  • Tent (recommended)
  • Tables and displays
  • Chairs
  • Lighting (battery or rechargeable lighting is recommended, as there won’t be much access to electricity)
  • Any supplies needed for setup and operation

Please ensure your booth is neat, professional, and able to withstand changing weather conditions.

Setup & Tear Down

Vendor Setup: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

All vendors must be completely set up by 5:30 PM.

The market opens to the public at 6:00 PM.

For the safety of guests, vendors are asked to remain set up until 10:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the organizers.

Vendor Fees

Vendor Fee: $40

Payment instructions will be provided once your application has been approved.

Your space is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Vendor Guidelines

By applying, vendors agree to:

  • Sell only products listed in their application.
  • Arrive and set up during the designated setup time.
  • Remain for the full duration of the market.
  • Keep their space clean throughout the event.
  • Treat fellow vendors, volunteers, and visitors with kindness and respect.
  • Carry any required business licenses or food permits applicable to their products.

Safety: Participants will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of the Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the event.

Liability: Hearth to Homestead, Mountain View Farm or Leystone Farms will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims againstHearth to Homestead, Mountain View Farm or Leystone Farms related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.

Only the accepted Participants are able to sell or distribute their items and/or conduct activities at the Event. The vendor list and table assignments are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee any level of attendance at the Event and there will be no refunds, under any circumstances, after the Event is over.
